  • Observe the safety, coexistence, and hygiene rules established by the management for the proper use of the establishment.
  • Respect the rules of use or internal regulations of the tourist establishments, as well as comply with the prescriptions and particular rules of the places visited and the tourist activities.
  • Respect the establishment, equipment, and facilities. Pay for the contracted services at the time of presenting the invoice at the establishment or under the agreed conditions. Presenting a complaint does not exempt from payment obligations.
  • Respect the cultural and environmental surroundings.
  • Observe the usual rules of social coexistence and respect for people, institutions, and customs of the places.
  • Respect the dignity of the people working in tourist activities.
